Mr. Alioto was the Chairman & CEO of Pacific Far East Line in the 1970’s, a major American Flag steamship company. During his tenure, PFEL operated six (6) LASH ships, two passenger ships, the S/S Monterey and S/S Mariposa, two C-4s and 2 C-2s. PFEL had 350 shore side employees and over 2,000 offshore employees. From 1984 through the present, Mr. Alioto has been a partner with the law firm of Alioto & Alioto. Mr. Alioto has a Juris Doctor in law from the University of San Francisco and a BA in English from St. Mary's College.

An accomplished technology and senior management executive with over 30 years of broad international corporate and consulting experience, Annie Chew's career has spanned across diverse industries of information technology, transportation and supply chain, marine logistics, telecommunications and high-tech manufacturing in the United States and Asia.
Of the major corporations Ms Chew has served in internationally, she has spent 20 years in NOL / APL, a world-class global transportation and logistics company where she held a number of senior management positions including Chief Information Officer / Senior VP IT and Chief Executive of Trident Infotech Pte Ltd, an information technology services company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NOL Group. As CIO of NOL/APL, Ms Chew was instrumental in developing the NOL Group's information technology capabilities and providing the key leadership in leveraging and deploying strategic and innovative technology solutions and infrastructure to support the Group’s worldwide businesses for operational efficiency, growth and competitive advantage.
Ms Chew founded and ran a technology and executive management consulting and advisory practice whose client base included transportation and logistics carriers, port operators and technology solutions providers.
Ms Chew was Vice President, Asian Markets in VeriTainer Corp prior to her current appointment in VeriTainer Asia.

Executive Vice President, Business Development, Lawrence E. Alioto, Jr. |

From 2004 to June 2007, Lawrence Alioto was the Vice President of Business Development for VeriTainer. Earlier this year Mr. Alioto was named the Company’s Executive Vice President. In his time at VeriTainer, Mr. Alioto has been principally responsible for developing customer, product and strategic relationships. Also, he has been principally responsible for structuring and successfully funding VeriTainer’s three equity financings. Prior to VeriTainer, Mr. Alioto was the Director of Business Development for Fulfillment Chain Inc., a distributor of enterprise-class Supply Chain Execution Applications. Mr. Alioto is a seasoned fund-raiser and salesman with his previous experience being primarily in the capital markets. Over the span of ten years, Mr. Alioto traded currency options and futures as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and worked as a registered representative in San Francisco. Mr. Alioto has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Kevin Orchard spent 18 years in the British Diplomatic Service serving in London, Islamabad, Dakar, Ottawa and Shanghai. He undertook a variety of political and commercial roles during his career.
Mr. Orchard worked for 5 years at DRS Data and Research Services plc developing their global election business. DRS provided voter registration and ballot counting hardware, software and managed services. Contracts were won in Africa and Asia, including the first elections in Hong Kong after the 1997 handover to China. In 2002, whilst he was Head of International Division, DRS won the prestigious "Queen’s Award for International Trade".
Mr. Orchard spent 5 years leading Intertek plc into the global Supply Chain Security market. Intertek offered governments BOT managed services that included cargo scanners and risk management systems. Contracts were won in Africa, Asia and South America.
Immediately prior to joining VeriTainer Mr. Orchard directed supply chain security strategy for QinetiQ plc. He is an MBA and French speaker.
