Chairman, John I. Alioto

 

Mr. Alioto was the Chairman & CEO of Pacific Far East Line in the 1970’s, a major American Flag steamship company. During his tenure, PFEL operated six (6) LASH ships, two passenger ships, the S/S Monterey and S/S Mariposa, two C-4s and 2 C-2s. PFEL had 350 shore side employees and over 2,000 offshore employees. From 1984 through the present, Mr. Alioto has been a partner with the law firm of Alioto & Alioto. Mr. Alioto has a Juris Doctor in law from the University of San Francisco and a BA in English from St. Mary's College.

Bruce Lev

 

Mr. Lev is a Managing Director of Loeb Partners Corp., New York City. Prior thereto he was Vice Chairman and Director of USCO Logistics. From 1995 through early 2000 he was Executive Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs of Micro Warehouse Inc., a $2.5 billion direct marketer of brand name personal computers and accessories to commercial and consumer markets. He also served on Micro Warehouse’s four-person Executive Committee with global responsibility for legal and regulatory affairs, human resources, corporate communications, risk management and facilities. From 1995 through 2002 he was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Roper Organization. and served on the Board of the Direct Marketing Association. Prior to 1995, Mr. Lev engaged in the private practice of law. During this time he was instrumental in the acquisition of USCO from Uniroyal and the initial formation of Micro Warehouse. He is a 1965 graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, and a 1968 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Lev is a member of the Connecticut, Virginia and Supreme Court bars. He is on the boards of directors of AirDat,LLC., Flagler Construction Co, LLC, Open Labs, LLC, Electro Energy, Inc., and Veritainer, Inc. He has 3 grown sons and lives with his wife in North Salem, NY.

Rob Topping

 

Robert (Rob) Topping is the general partner of Topwater Capital Partners, LP and the former President and Chief Operating Officer of QinetiQ North America, the U.S. subsidiary of QinetiQ Group PLC (LON:QQ). Prior to QinetiQ, Topping was President and CEO of Westar Aerospace & Defense Group Inc, which was acquired by QinetiQ in 2004. Prior to Westar, Topping worked
for McDonnell Douglas (Boeing). He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri where he is a member of the Industrial Advisory Committee. Topping is a member of the Board of Directors of Talisen Technologies Inc. Previous Board appointments include Aerospace Filtration Systems Inc., acquired by The Donaldson Company (NYSE: DCI) and Athena Controls, acquired by Rockwell-Collins (NYSE: COL).

Glenn Novotny

 

Glenn Novotny is a Venture Partner with Telegraph Hill Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences companies. He is also Director of Reeb Millwork Corporation, a $200 million annual revenue family-owned millwork distribution company. Previously, he was President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Central Garden & Pet Company, a $1.7 billion consumer products company with market-leading brands in garden and pet supplies. From 1970 to 1990, he worked for Weyerhaeuser Company and was President and Chief Executive Officer of Weyerhaeuser Garden Supply from 1988 to 1990. In 1994, he founded Ditan Corporation, a value-added computer software game distribution and services company, and served as Director, Strategic Advisor, and Financier to grow Ditan from a start-up to achieving sales of $55 million and $7 million EBITDA in 2006. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Chadron State College and went on to graduate from the Executive Management Program and New CEO Program at Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Leonardo P. Gresele

Dr. Leonardo P. Gresele is a fiscal and financial advisor and official auditor of the accounts for many European firms, both private and public. He is currently the official advisor for the largest public structural project in Italy, a E7.5 billion Turin Railway project. Dr. Gresele has been
involved in E1.5 billion of completed construction financing in the last two years. Dr. Gresele was born in Rome and has his undergraduate (1989) and doctoral (1991) degrees in economics from LUISS University.

Francesco Bolla

 

Francesco Bolla graduated in Economy and Commerce at the La Sapienza University in Rome and is a shareholder and the Commercial Director of C.I.E.R. srl in Rome, a family-owned company that represents USA and Canadian Corporations in Italy in the Aerospace and Defense Business, i.e. Bombardier –Canadair, L-3, Goodrich, H.C.T-World, and VeriTainer Corporation.
